Hotel Lotelito Rooms & Bar is located at the number 13 in one of the city streets with more flavor, a Street with its own history: La Calle de las Barcas. Owes its name to an ancient fishermen guild who lived and builded their boats on that Street. After several decades in the missing fishermen’s neighbourhood, was the core of Banks. In 1832 the Principal Theater was opened; in 1898, the Cinema News. The street name continues through the centuries, from the time when the fishermen’s district was located next to Plaza del Ayuntamiento; there lived the seafaring people and the caulkers, with Wood, tar and oakum performed their small boats which, in trucks or any ditch to reach the river, then deposited to the sea road.
